We are a group of Sodankylä-Sompio’s local tourism businesses. We want to make you feel at home as well as offer you authentic experiences and insights into local life. In 2016 we set up our own tourism association so that we can work together to develop our services and help keep you up to date with what’s happening in the area. The purpose of the Visit Sodankylä-Sompio is to promote cooperation among businesses operating in Sodankylä and its surrounding areas, enhance the region’s international and national appeal and recognition as a travel destination, and safeguard the shared interests of local tourism companies and property owners.
